Welcome to the registration page for 2024 Outdoor Team Official Registration. 

This form will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

*If you're a new Coach or Manager with either LTPD/Rep. or haven't been a registered, sanctioned Ontario Soccer Coach in the past 12 months, please have three references prepared with an address, phone number and e-mail for each of them (can be friends or colleagues but not family).
